I have always wanted to understand what is happening underneath the surface—first by taking things apart, later by learning how software turns an idea into a working system.
I studied Information and Communication Technology at Daeyang University, completing the degree requirements in July 2023 and graduating in March 2024. Software development became the foundation: databases, applications, APIs, and the patience to reason through how components connect.
Working in managed IT widened that view. A problem might begin in Outlook and end in identity, DNS, storage, a firewall policy, or a device. That breadth is what now draws me toward cloud engineering: the next environment in which those layers meet.
Different layers. Different kinds of experience.
Systems used in current support, administration, troubleshooting, and field implementation work.
Read the symptom, logs, context, and what changed before deciding on the cause.
Follow dependencies across application, identity, endpoint, network, and infrastructure boundaries.
Change one useful variable, observe the result, and document the path.
Know the edge of current scope and make the handoff useful rather than simply moving the ticket.
See how that approach works in practice.
Usually somewhere in a sci-fi universe. Marvel, DC, and stories that ask what comes next.
